Individuals who accept temporary shelter are directed to the Centers for Assistance, Care, and Social Integration (CACIS). Street Brigades
More than 500 public servants are participating in this operation, traversing the city across 16 predefined attention zones. The Government of Mexico City has issued a call to citizens to report cold-related emergencies by dialing 911.
