Mexico City, February 7 – A tragic accident occurred on Thursday evening in the Santa Inés neighborhood of Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, resulting in the death of a female motorcyclist. The incident, which involved a collision between a motorcycle and a private vehicle, took place near the Refinería.

The accident was reported on February 6, 2026, at approximately 7:38 PM CST. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene in the Santa Inés neighborhood, within the Azcapotzalco borough. Upon arrival, they confirmed the death of the female motorcyclist.
Injuries Reported for Companion and Driver
According to initial reports, the motorcyclist’s companion sustained injuries and received immediate medical attention at the scene before being transported to a local hospital. The driver of the private vehicle involved in the collision also suffered injuries and is currently receiving medical care.
