Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico – March 5, 2026 – PACCAR Parts has announced that TRP Ciudad Juarez, an entity of Kenworth DAF de Chihuahua, has been awarded the prestigious title of Global TRP Store of the Year for 2025. This recognition celebrates the store’s outstanding performance in sales growth and exceptional customer service.

First Mexican Store to Receive Global Recognition

TRP Ciudad Juarez was selected from an extensive network of over 365 TRP stores operating in 50 countries worldwide. This achievement is particularly significant as it marks the first time a Mexican store has earned this global accolade from PACCAR Parts.

The store’s success is attributed to its excellent growth in retail and fleet sales. Additionally, a robust mix of TRP parts for all makes and models of trucks contributed to substantial increases in TRP product sales and provided outstanding support for diverse fleets.

Sustained Growth and Post-Sale Solutions

Since its establishment in 2017, TRP Ciudad Juarez has maintained a consistent upward trajectory in sales. The store has effectively met the needs of its fleet customers by leveraging PACCAR Parts’ comprehensive post-sale solutions for transportation.

Key among these solutions are Distributor inventory management and the Fleet Services program, both designed to optimize inventory availability and product mix. These initiatives enable TRP Ciudad Juarez’s customers to quickly acquire the correct parts, thereby minimizing downtime and maximizing the long-term value of their equipment investments.

Leadership Commends Achievement

Bryan Sitko, General Manager of PACCAR Parts and Vice President of PACCAR, expressed his satisfaction with the store’s performance. “We are delighted to recognize TRP Ciudad Juarez for its strong performance in 2025,” Sitko stated.

Roque Eduardo Quiroz, Corporate Director of Tractocamiones Kenworth DAF de Chihuahua, conveyed his gratitude. “We sincerely appreciate the continuous support, trust, and commitment of PACCAR Parts towards our customers and our entire network,” Quiroz commented.

Quiroz further emphasized the core mission of TRP stores: “TRP stores are designed to provide customers with the spare parts they need for all makes of units, backed by reliable inventory and trained personnel. Kenworth DAF de Chihuahua’s continued investment in its network allows TRP Ciudad Juarez to exemplify this commitment.”

“We are honored to bring this achievement to Mexico and particularly to Ciudad Juarez. This distinction inspires us to continue strengthening our commitment to our customers and to the transporters of the region, whose daily efforts drive the movement and economic growth of our country,” he added.

This recognition underscores the strategic importance of TRP Ciudad Juarez in the global PACCAR Parts network and its dedication to serving the transportation industry in Mexico.
