Body Discovered After Emergency Call
The grim discovery was made following an emergency call to 911, reporting a person lying in a public area. The body was located at the intersection of Fundadores Boulevard and Acacias Street. A passerby, on their way to school, observed the scene and alerted authorities.
Details of the Discovery
The witness reported that the man was found among trash, bound, and exhibiting signs of decomposition. He was also partially unclothed from the waist down. After notifying the authorities, the citizen left the scene. Security forces swiftly arrived to cordon off the area and commence the investigation.
