Suspect Identified and Apprehended by “Juárez Vigilante” System
César Omar Muñoz Morales, the Secretary of Municipal Public Security, confirmed that the arrest of Héctor Zenón “N”, aged 33, was made possible through the analysis of surveillance footage from the “Juárez Vigilante” system. The suspect is believed to be directly responsible for the armed assault.
Motive: A Conflict of Jealousy
Initial investigations suggest that the attack stemmed from a sentimental conflict involving the suspect’s partner. Authorities indicate that the motive for the shooting is related to jealousy, as the detained individual’s partner was reportedly a teacher of the injured man’s daughter.
After gathering crucial information and video evidence, municipal agents were able to identify the vehicle and track the movements of the alleged assailant, leading to his swift capture.
