Following closely is Colonia Juárez, adjacent to UVM’s San Rafael campus, with an average of 36,707 pesos. Colonia Granada, near Escuela Bancaria y Comercial (EBC), commands 31,403 pesos monthly. For areas surrounding Ciudad Universitaria, home to UNAM’s main campus, rents vary between 18,284 and 26,052 pesos, depending on the specific neighborhood.
