The Historic Center of Ciudad Juarez is beginning to display a distinct image following recent interventions in various emblematic locations. Over the weekend, personnel from the Coordination of the Foundational Center, alongside Civic Justice and the Directorate of Cleaning, led a cleanup effort in Benito Juarez Plaza, where general cleaning and space rehabilitation work was carried out.
Mayor Emphasizes Direct Engagement and Citizen Collaboration
Municipal President Cruz Pérez Cuéllar highlighted that the strategy is based on direct presence in the streets and coordinated work with the citizenry. He noted that the intention is to maintain permanent actions that will allow for the recovery and preservation of the city’s main square, one of the areas with the highest flow of visitors and commercial activity, in better conditions.
