CIUDAD JUÁREZ, Chihuahua, Mexico – An upcoming “Expo Eventos” aims to bridge the gap between event organizers and specialized suppliers in Ciudad Juárez. The event, scheduled for April 18, 2026, at the Gamma Hotel, will host over 25 local businesses offering a wide range of services for social and corporate gatherings.

Event Details and Objectives

The Expo Eventos will run from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and will be open to the general public free of charge. According to representatives from the State Secretariat of Tourism in the Northern Zone, this initiative seeks to strengthen the local service chain while promoting the professionalization and growth of businesses dedicated to event planning.

The primary goal is to facilitate direct contact between service providers and individuals interested in organizing events, from business meetings to social celebrations, all in one convenient location. This direct interaction is expected to streamline the planning process for residents and boost the local event industry.

What to Expect at the Expo

Attendees will have the opportunity to explore various options in areas such as catering, photography, audiovisual production, makeup, ambiance, beverages, attire, and other complementary services. More than 25 local companies are confirmed to participate, ensuring a diverse offering for all types of events.

A key attraction of the expo will be the availability of personalized guidance. This will allow attendees to discuss their specific needs and budgets with experts, helping them to find tailored solutions and explore suitable alternatives for their events.

In addition to direct consultations, organizers have planned a series of engaging activities. These include tastings, special promotions, raffles, and other interactive dynamics designed to enhance the visitor experience and provide added value. This comprehensive approach aims to make the event both informative and enjoyable for all participants.

Registration and Future Outlook

Those interested in attending the Expo Eventos are required to register in advance via a phone message. This pre-registration process will ensure access to the event and allow attendees to receive detailed information about the program and any updates.

The local authorities and event organizers hope that this expo will become a recurring event, further solidifying Ciudad Juárez’s position as a hub for well-organized and successful events. By fostering connections between suppliers and the community, the initiative is poised to contribute significantly to the city’s economic and social development.

This event follows other similar initiatives in the region, such as the Juneteenth community market and the 2026 Cooperative Purchasing Expo in El Paso, Texas, demonstrating a growing trend towards supporting local businesses and facilitating community engagement through specialized exhibitions.
