Governor Maru Campos Holds Meeting with Rector of the Technological University of Ciudad Juárez

Ciudad Juárez, January 15, 2026 – Governor Maru Campos held a working meeting with Óscar Ibáñez, Rector of the Technological University of Ciudad Juárez (UTCJ), yesterday, January 15, 2026. The meeting focused on following up on the projects and actions currently being developed by the institution.
