Ten Individuals Arrested in Ciudad Juárez with Active Arrest Warrants

Ciudad Juárez, March 1, 2026 – The Municipal Public Security Secretariat (SSPM) reported the arrest of ten individuals in Ciudad Juárez who were sought by judicial authorities with active arrest warrants for various crimes. These offenses primarily included drug-related charges and domestic violence, with arrests made across different sectors of the city.

The arrested individuals have been handed over to the relevant authorities, who will proceed with the judicial mandates against them in accordance with established legal procedures.

Details of the Arrests

The first arrest involved Carlos A. F., 36 years old, who was apprehended at the intersection of Manuel Talamás Camandari Boulevard and José Jesús Macías Delgado, in the Portales de San Pedro neighborhood. He was initially detained for an administrative offense. A check of his details in the Plataforma Juárez System confirmed an active arrest warrant for domestic violence, issued on October 31, 2025.

In a separate incident, Arath R. A., 23 years old, was arrested at the intersection of San Isidro Avenue and Miguel de la Madrid Avenue, in the Sierra Vista subdivision. A preventive inspection revealed an active warrant for drug offenses, issued on September 12, 2023.

Similarly, Ricardo Ulices F. O., 21 years old, was taken into custody on Benito Juárez and Abraham González streets, in the Zona Centro. He was arrested after exhibiting evasive behavior, and a database search revealed an arrest warrant for drug offenses dating back to September 24, 2024.

Municipal officers also apprehended Yahir P. A., 20 years old, at the intersection of Tecnológico Avenue and Ramón Rivera Lara, in the Rincón del Valle neighborhood, and César Adrián A. L., 36 years old, at Tierra de Fuego and Mar Azul, in Parajes del Sur. Both individuals had active arrest warrants for drug offenses from 2025.

Furthermore, Luis Daniel I. B., 31 years old, was arrested at Santiago Troncoso and Miguel de la Madrid, in the Héroes de la Revolución neighborhood. His detention followed an administrative offense and confirmation of an active warrant for drug offenses issued on December 12, 2025.

Iván Alejandro A. H., 25 years old, was secured at Privada Madero and Décima, in the División del Norte neighborhood. He was caught by the owner of a mechanical workshop allegedly stealing harnesses from a truck. The Plataforma Juárez consultation revealed he had been sought for drug offenses since February 20, 2023.

In other operations, Pedro R. C., 39 years old, was arrested at Namiquipa and 5 de Febrero, in the Anáhuac neighborhood; Kevin Iván M. C., 19 years old, at Ramón Rayón and De las Torres Avenue, in Parajes del Sol; and Ángel Obeth V. A., 27 years old, at Oasis Revolución and Teniente Daniel García, in the Oasis Revolución neighborhood. All three had active arrest warrants for drug offenses.

These arrests are part of ongoing preventive patrols and surveillance actions implemented by the municipal corporation to combat various crimes in Ciudad Juárez. The SSPM continues its efforts to ensure public safety and enforce judicial mandates.
