Baku, Azerbaijan, May 18 – Clara Brugada, Head of Government of Mexico City, officially opened the ‘Utopias Pavilion’ as part of the 13th World Urban Forum (WUF13) Urban Expo 2026, taking place in Baku, Azerbaijan.
