Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, July 17, 2026 – Inventec, a leading Taiwanese company in the design and manufacturing of servers, data center solutions, and artificial intelligence platforms, has chosen Meor’s HubsPark Juarez for its expansion into Mexico. This strategic move involves a total investment of $450 million USD and is expected to generate more than 6,000 jobs, marking one of the most significant investments in AI infrastructure manufacturing in Mexico in recent years.

Inventec’s Strategic Expansion in Ciudad Juarez

The decision to establish operations in HubsPark Juarez underscores Ciudad Juarez’s growing importance as a manufacturing hub for high-tech industries. Inventec’s investment will significantly enhance the region’s capacity for producing advanced AI infrastructure, contributing to the global supply chain for artificial intelligence technologies.

HubsPark Juarez: A High-Tech Industrial Platform

HubsPark Juarez, a master-planned industrial development spanning over 541,000 square meters, was specifically designed to accommodate industrial operations with demanding technological requirements. Its specialized infrastructure includes an energy supply exceeding 5,000 KVA, flexibility for Build-to-Suit projects, and ample capacity for future expansion. Inventec has acquired the first two phases of HubsPark Juarez, with Meor committed to further developing the remaining two phases as market demand evolves.

“Our objective is to generate value for our clients and investors through the development of industrial infrastructure prepared to meet the needs of sectors driving the new economy,” stated Javier Camarena, CEO of Meor. “Markets constantly evolve, but well-located assets with adequate infrastructure and disciplined execution continue to generate value. This vision has guided our strategy from the beginning and is now reflected in HubsPark Juarez.”

Meor’s Commitment to Mexico’s Industrial Development

This operation is integral to Meor’s strategy of developing, operating, and monetizing industrial assets in strategic Mexican markets. The company focuses on projects that can cater to the needs of global enterprises and generate sustainable value for its investors.

The investment by Inventec is particularly noteworthy given the current adjustments in Ciudad Juarez’s industrial market. Despite these dynamics, the city maintains robust fundamentals as one of the country’s primary export manufacturing centers. It continues to attract global companies investing in high-value-added industries, reaffirming Meor’s long-term vision and its dedication to Mexico’s industrial growth.

Meor’s Track Record and Future Outlook

With over 18 years of experience, Meor has developed and invested in more than 100 projects, representing over $1.24 billion USD in developed and in-development assets. The company has optimized more than 1.3 million square meters in strategic Mexican markets, demonstrating its expertise and commitment to industrial real estate development.

This significant investment by Inventec is poised to further solidify Ciudad Juarez’s position as a critical player in the global technology landscape, particularly in the burgeoning field of artificial intelligence infrastructure manufacturing.
