Mexico City, April 24, 2026 – Star Wars enthusiasts in Mexico City are gearing up for the highly anticipated Star Fan Day 2026, a two-day event celebrating the iconic saga. Organized by Bass Line, the convention will take place on May 1st and 2nd at the Cultural Center “El Rule,” promising a host of activities for fans of all ages.

A Galaxy of Activities Awaits

The Star Fan Day 2026 is set to transform “El Rule” Cultural Center into a hub of galactic excitement. Attendees can look forward to a diverse range of activities, including:

  • Special Guests: Voice actors Oscar Flores (voice of Din Djarin in The Mandalorian), Víctor Hugo Aguilar (voice of Mace Windu), and Abraham Vega (voice of Finn) will be present for autograph sessions and photo opportunities. Autographs and photos will be available for 100 pesos, while audio and video recordings will cost 200 pesos. Oscar Flores will also host a special Meet & Greet for 450 pesos.
  • Lightsaber Demonstrations: Iztli Kyber, a martial arts academy specializing in lightsaber combat, will stage an epic battle simulation, showcasing impressive skills and choreography.
  • Live Fan Music: Enjoy musical performances inspired by the Star Wars universe.
  • Film Screenings: A special screening of Star Wars: Episode III is scheduled for attendees.
  • Cosplay Contests: Fans are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite characters and participate in cosplay competitions.
  • Themed Areas and Photo Opportunities: Immerse yourself in the world of Star Wars with specially designed areas perfect for memorable photos.
  • Fan Club Gatherings: Connect with fellow fans and various Star Wars fan clubs.

The galactic festivities will commence daily at 12:00 PM and conclude at 7:00 PM on both May 1st and 2nd. The venue, Cultural Center “El Rule,” is conveniently located at Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas No. 6, first floor, Colonia Centro, Cuauhtémoc borough, right next to the Torre Latinoamericana.

While some interactions with the voice actors will have an associated cost, admission to the Star Fan Day 2026 is completely free, making it accessible for everyone, from young Padawans to seasoned Jedi Masters.
